Sustaining: A PA who graduated from a PA program accredited by ARC-PA (or a predecessor agency), but has chosen not to actively practice in the profession. Sustaining members shall be entitled to privileges of the floor, but may not vote or hold office, and do not have access to Huddle, our online members-only community.

Affiliate: Other healthcare professionals such as NPs, athletic trainers, etc. Affiliate members shall be entitled to privileges of the floor, but may not vote or hold office, and do not have access to Huddle, our online members-only community.

Registering a Group

Are you registering a group of two or more? Use our Group Registration portal!

If you are registering 10 or more AAPA Fellows from the same organization and physical address, you may be eligible to receive $25 off standard registration fees (not daily passes). All individuals must be registered at the same time for the discount to apply. All memberships must be current.

Registering via Printed Paper Form

Print and complete your paper registration form to register for AAPA 2017. All registration forms must be received with payment by April 30, 2017. See form for submission guidelines.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for refunds due to registration cancellation must be made in writing and will be processed using the same method of payment (check or credit card).

  • Cancellations received on or before April 14, 2017, will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received April 15, 2017 – April 28, 2017, will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations after April 28, 2017, or for no-shows.
  • Cancellation requests for membership purchases will be refunded directly by AAPA within 30 days.
